Hi Bearcat!
We offer SOAR and Advantage to help you acclimate to the Northwest campus before the fall or summer semester begins. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Orientation is a one-day introduction to campus in spring or summer. Enrolling in classes and participating in orientation are important steps to beginning your student experience at Northwest. You will be able to work with an advisor to enroll and learn about campus resources and services to set you up for a successful start.
Transfer Advantage is a continuation of orientation and serves as your kick-off to college. This four day program in August helps students to get acclimated to campus through speakers and events to help with the transition to campus life.
You are invited to attend Advantage with all incoming Bearcats. You are not required to attend Advantage, but it is strongly encouraged.
