Associate Member Application

An Associate Member is a non-voting but vital member to the organization. Candidates will be interviewed and selected by the Executive Cabinet. Eligible candidates must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and are required to attend all weekly meetings. You may apply at any time.

Co-Sponsorship Application

Northwest Student Organizations can apply for a co-sponsorship with Student Senate at any time. 

Leadership Change/Name Change Form

Northwest Student Organizations can request to update their executive board or request to change their organization name at any time. 

Application for Appropriation

Northwest Student organizations can apply for appropriation form Student Senate. This will allow organizations to attend or host events, activities, or trips to benefit their organization or Northwest as a whole.
