Self Defense Education

The Northwest Self Defense Program is a comprehensive program that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance before progressing to practical tactics and techniques. The Northwest Self Defense Program is not Martial Arts training. 

The program is taught by law enforcement officers from the University Police Department at no cost to Northwest students and employees.
