About Our Conversation Practice Services

Language practice appointments focus on improving your American English pronunciation and developing your understanding of American English vocal structure. Your tutor will work with you to identify your strengths and weakness as an American English speaker and work with you to improve both your American English pronunciation and understanding of American English vocal structure.

Conversation Practice Appointments

• Can be scheduled or walk-in (subject to availability)
• Available in 20 minute blocks
• Available in-person or online through Zoom
• Focus on American English pronunciation and vocal structure
• Email your language practice topics to the Writing Center email at WC@nwmissouri.edu before your appointment
