Project Manager/Digital Manager
Anthony Jack is a senior majoring in computer science from Independence, Missouri. He joined Knacktive to further his skills as a leader as he wants to open his own game development & design company back in Kansas City after getting his master's next year. Anthony is looking forward to seeing what he and his team can accomplish.
Public Relations Manager/Multiplatform Content Creator
Sydnei Flaig is a senior majoring in Digital Media, Content Strategy from Kansas City, Missouri. She was interested in joining Knacktive to gain experience working hands-on with a real client. After graduation, she hopes to freelance in social media management and content creation back in Kansas City.
Media Manager
Victoria Mendolia is a senior majoring in Mass Media: Applied advertising from Kansas City, Missouri. She joined Knacktive to gain real-world experience while still in school. After graduation, she plans to move back to Kansas City and be a social media manager.
Marketing Strategist
Olivia Rubsam is a senior majoring in marketing from Waukee, Iowa. Olivia became interested in Knacktive after she watched friends join the program and saw the valuable skills and experience participants gained. After graduating in the Spring of 2024, she will finish her master's in business administration. She plans to use her education to explore the world of marketing and event management, hoping to own her own business one day or find an opportunity that allows her to travel the world.
Art Director
Luke Kral is in his third year at NWMSU studying graphic design and the fine arts. He has an extensive background in percussion performance and has a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from UMKC. His vocation as a Benedictine monk of Conception Abbey led him to work in graphic design at The Printery House. He joined Knacktive to improve his skills in teamwork and communication and to increase his knowledge of marketing and advertising. After graduating this second time, he hopes to serve as art director of The Printery House and continue a personal artistic practice.
Graphic Designer
Kaitlyn Zinnel is a senior double majoring in Graphic Design and Digital Media: Visual Imaging with a minor in Advertising who grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Kaitlyn joined Knacktive after seeing the skills and real-world experience previous students gained, as well as the connections and success they found through the Knacktive program. After graduation, Kaitlyn plans to stay in the Midwest and work at an advertising agency as a Graphic Designer.
