Project Manager Jill Spire is a senior majoring in marketing major from Parnell, Missouri. Jill joined Knacktive to gain experience working in a team environment and to network with other Bearcats. After graduation, she plans to continue her education as she pursues a master's of business administration degree at Northwest.
Digital Manager Addi Lewis is a senior majoring in digital media: computer science from Smithville, Missouri. Addi joined Knacktive to get experience working in a real company environment and make some great portfolio work. After graduation, Addi hopes to work as a software developer and/or user experience designer.
Graphic Designer Meghan Bayers is a junior majoring in graphic design from Kansas City, Missouri. Meghan joined Knacktive to learn more about what her career will be like and learn hands-on with a real client. After graduation, she hopes to work as a designer or art director for an advertising agency in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
Art Director Devyn Martinez is a senior majoring in graphic design from Blue Springs, Missouri. Devyn joined Knacktive to gain real-world experience to make amazing portfolio work. After graduation, she plans to move back home to Blue Springs to pursue her graphic design career.
Marketing Strategist Shale Hoth is a senior marketing major from Kansas City, Missouri. Shale is a full-time student who will graduate in May of 2020. He plans on moving back to Kansas City and finding work in the marketing field. Shale joined Knacktive to gain hands-on experience, to step outside of the typical educational classroom setting, and to further his business connections.
Multiplatform Content Creator Mason Arnold is a junior from Rosendale, Missouri. Mason’s major is writing, his minor is advertising, but his “expertise” is podcasting. He hosts true crime/paranormal podcast “The Right Wrong Turn” while not actively working on Knacktive’s extensive projects. After graduation, Mason intends to work in an ad agency as a copywriter with hopes of one day hosting his podcast full-time.
Public Relations Manager Payton Adams is a senior majoring in public relations with an advertising minor from Papillion, Nebraska. Payton joined Knacktive to gain real-life experience applicable to potential careers outside of school and challenge her way of thinking. After graduation, she will pursue a communications career at an advertising agency in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
Media Manager Alex Kelly is a senior from Independence, Missouri. Alex is pursuing a mass media applied advertising major. He wants to be able to determine what medium vehicle best fits a specific advertisement. Alex joined Knacktive to pursue and gain experience for his future career: media planning. Here, he can learn hands-on how to communicate and solve problems for a client. After graduation, Alex plans to stay in the Kansas City area so he can strengthen his work experience at an advertising agency.
