Art Director Dallis Coffelt is a graphic design major from Ravenwood, Missouri. After she graduates in December of 2020, she hopes to find work in Kansas City. She joined Knacktive to get a taste of what it is like to work with a real client and to strategize and develop ideas with other people.
Graphic Designer Nicole Psota is a senior graphic design major from Omaha, Nebraska. Nicole joined Knacktive to learn more about working with a team. After graduation in December 2020, she hopes to work as a graphic designer in the sports industry.
Public Relations Manager Katie Imhoff, from California, Missouri, double majors in agricultural business and public relations. After graduating, she hopes to contribute her skills and abilities working in communication, ideally for an agriculture-based organization. Katie is passionate about seeking out creative and innovative solutions, and she is excited to put that passion to work through Knacktive.
Marketing Strategist Caitlyn O’Connor is a senior marketing major with an advertising minor from St. Charles, Missouri. Caitlyn joined Knacktive to gain real world experience while still at Northwest. After graduation, she would like to move to the Kansas City area and work at an agency.
Media Manager Abby Hoppe, from Arlington, Nebraska, is double-majoring in marketing and human resource management. She joined Knacktive to gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced team environment with a real-world client. After graduation, she plans to be part of a marketing, recruiting, or event planning team.
Digital Manager Tim Baggett is a senior marketing major from Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Tim has joined the Knacktive program to gain first-hand experience at working with a real business client and to continue to improve on his teamwork skills. His plans after graduation are to land a professional job where he can utilize his creativity skills on a daily basis.
Multiplatform Content Creator Kyle Cotton is a senior marketing major from Gretna, Nebraska. Kyle joined the Knacktive program to gain experience in a team-oriented, business driven atmosphere and understand the functions of a real marketing team. After graduating, Kyle hopes to attain a marketing position in Omaha.
Project Manager Allison Bartlett is a senior business management and marketing major from Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Allison joined the Knacktive program to gain first-hand experience working for clients. After graduation, Allison hopes to get a job in Kansas City at a marketing firm.
