Franken Hall

Franken Hall was renovated with a refreshed look in fall 2018. This renovation included new paint, hallway carpet, main floor lounge upgrades, beds, wardrobes, desks, dressers, windows and HVAC piping. The project added two private bathrooms on each floor and convert two rooms on each floor to lounge space.

Each floor two community bathrooms consisting of sinks, mirrors and several toilet and shower stalls for privacy. Plus, there's two full, private bathrooms per floor.
Air conditioning available.
Free use of washers and dryers located in the hall's basement laundry room.
Community-style kitchen located on 1st floor consisting of two stovetop ovens, microwaves and sinks.
Halls are secured 24/7 with an electronic access system.
Free Wi-Fi access in hall and room.
Freshman students living on the same floor have the same gender, but they may live above or below another floor with a different gender.
Only fish allowed as pets.
Lounge and two study rooms on each floor.
Recreation area includes lounge and TV. Sand volleyball court nearby next to Millikan Hall.
Provided furniture includes bunkable, loftable or single beds, movable desk, chair, wardrobe, dresser and night stand.
This hall has elevator access.
Access to networked laser printer located at hall front desk.
