Outreach Center

The Northwest Missouri State University Outreach Center is housed in the Michael L. Faust Center for Alumni & Friends. Full-time Northwest students, called Bearcat Callers, are employed by the University to reach out to alumni, friends, and parents of current students. These students are gaining valuable work experience through the opportunity to connect with our large Bearcat community!

When you receive a call from the Outreach Center, you may be invited to update your contact information for the alumni association database, including your email address, cell-phone number, mailing address, and employment information. Updating this information ensures you are receiving the University’s bi-annual Alumni Magazine and the location-specific emails our office sends out regarding alumni events in your area. Anyone who wishes to support Northwest with a gift will have the opportunity to do so during the call.

Please take the time to speak with our Bearcat Callers. They love to hear about your time at Northwest, connections to the University, and how you’re doing now! Likewise, you will have an opportunity to ask a current student about their experiences in and out of the classroom.
