NAfME Large Ensemble Entry Form

• Large ensembles is defined as 20-40 players.
• Each school is limited to one vocal and one instrumental large ensemble.
• Performances will be scheduled primarily by accompanist's availability.
  • Note: If the director(s) will be using a track for their students' accompaniment, they must list themselves as the accompanist for scheduling purposes.
• All fields are required.
