Northwest Missouri State University’s B.D. Owens Library is continuing its focus on student academic success when it hosts its 24th annual Brick & Click academic library conference Friday, Nov. 1.

The one-day conference invites library professionals and faculty from institutions throughout the country for discussions and presentations centered on topics that are relevant to today’s academic libraries.

Session topics this year explore leadership, artificial intelligence, student-led initiatives and engagement, e-learning, collection development and cataloging, and research tools. More information about the conference, including registration and presenters, is available at www.nwmissouri.edu/library/brickandclick/

“Brick and Click is a more intimate conference where you can really network and learn and get ideas from people,” Brandy Brady, the director of library services and operations at Northwest, said.
