Northwest Missouri State University Career Services continues to provide students with opportunities this spring to network with employers, seek career advice from professionals and practice interviewing skills.

“Career Services events are opportunities for students to build relationships with a variety of employers who can then help them build the professional skills they will need to be successful at the next step in their journey,” Hannah Christian, the director of Career Services, said. “They are designed to be fun, low-stress interactions with people who really care about helping the next generation of Bearcats.”

In addition to events throughout the semester aimed at helping students prepare and learn more about career paths, Career Services provides students with résumé and cover letter help, assistance with job and internship searches, networking tips and interview preparation.

More information about upcoming Career Services events and resources is provided below.

Career Services is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday on the first floor of the Administration Building. For more information about the services and resources available through Career Services, call 660.562.1250 or visit www.nwmissouri.edu/career.
