Carrick named to finance committee for local hospital system

Stacy Carrick, the vice president for finance and administration at Northwest Missouri State University, was appointed in January to the Finance Committee of the Mosaic Life Care Board of Trustees.

The Finance Committee is the fiduciary and governing body for Mosaic Life Care focused on the institution’s financial health. Mosaic Life Care is a physician-led health care organization based in St. Joseph, Missouri, with facilities in St. Joseph, Maryville and Albany.

“I am honored to serve on the Mosaic Life Care Finance Committee and look forward to the opportunity to contribute to and assist in providing oversight of their financial policies and objectives,” Carrick said. 

She joined the Northwest staff in 2010, and her responsibilities include oversight and administration of finance, risk management, information technology, facility services and capital programs.

A Certified Public Accountant, she has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northwest and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
