Meaningful scholarship awards provide essential access to education and ensure the retention of Northwest’s diverse learners. Northwest focuses on student success – every student, every day. In doing so, the University actively works to provide students with an affordable college education and supports their goals to pursue and complete their college degrees.

Providing meaningful scholarship endowments are essential to ensure the access and retention of today’s diverse learners. In the last decade, Northwest has doubled the scholarship amount awarded through strategic and resourceful actions, and today 90 percent of first-year students at Northwest receive an institutional scholarship or grant.

The Forever Green campaign helped strengthen vital scholarship support by securing $13.3 million in donor-funded scholarships between fiscal years 2015 and 2021.
