Jim serves as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Nodaway Valley Bank in Maryville, a role he has been in since 2000. He is active in the local Lions Club, serves on the leadership team at Countryside Christian Church and has spent several years serving Northwest students through various campus organizations such as, Friends of International Students and Christian Campus House. Jim is the past president of the Maryville Chamber of Commerce and served several years on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board.
Jim and his wife Dixie reside in Maryville and have three children, Davin, Delton and Nyah. Delton is currently attending Northwest to study Ag Business and play football for the Bearcats.

We developed a love for this community during our time as students and decided to stay in Maryville to work and raise our family. We care deeply about the direction of Northwest and believe in supporting the University."
