- Associate Superintendent / Director - Hickman Mills C-1 School District (2005 – 2013)
- Supervised all secondary education programs within the district including supervising building level administrators, curriculum revision and development, and student discipline. In addition, oversaw numerous financial budgets, grants, and title programs.
- High School Principal / Assistant Principal - Excelsior Springs School District (1998 – 2005)
- Principal - instructional leader for the building, which included approximately 95 faculty members and 900 students.
- Assistant Principal – specific duties and responsibilities assigned by the principal. For example, student discipline, teacher supervision, and other day-to-day operation.
