Media is vital for communication services - especially agricultural media. Farmers can gain knowledge about sustainability straight from the source when planting and preparing for future crops. Majoring in agricultural media gives you the opportunity to create a better future for agricultural productivity.
Students majoring in a bachelor of science in agricultural media focus on advocating for agriculture by explaining science, technologies and complex agricultural issues within society. Students will receive the tools and knowledge to communicate effectively to the agriculture community across various platforms. Choose between three emphases; advertising, journalism, or production and broadcasting to cultivate your knowledge in agricultural media.
A minor in agricultural communications is also available. Agricultural communications focuses on the foundation of agricultural science combined with the fundamentals of public relations, journalism and media.
