Michelle began her journey as a Bearcat in 1988 and has since had the roles as a family involvement specialist and teacher’s assistant, among others within the school system. However, she always strived to be a teacher and Northwest-Kansas City was the perfect place for her to continue her education.
With smaller class sizes, individualized attention and hands-on learning in the classroom, Michelle completed the program faster than anticipated, making her career ready, day one.
