Liz came to Northwest pursuing a mathematic degree, but gained so much more. Coming from a private school, Liz gained perspective to a bigger world. Coming to Northwest helped open her eyes to a diversity of people and different life experiences she would not be able to gain anywhere else.
During her time at Northwest, Liz took advantage of many leadership opportunities such as serving as treasurer and president for Phi Mu and president of the Mathematics Honorary Society. These experiences along with the academic support gained in the classroom, Liz felt career ready, day one.
