Cody chose Northwest after he visited the School of Communication and Mass Media and quickly realized all the opportunities he would be given as a Bearcat. After receiving his associate’s degree from a local community college, he knew Northwest was the best place to continue his education and broaden his knowledge in the broadcast world.
Being heavily involved in student organizations, Cody was able to have first-hand experience in learning to produce a show, how to properly use camera equipment and learning from real world professionals. All this and more helped Cody to become career ready, day one.
