Ben was a Bearcat football player and an agronomy and agricultural business double major who grew up in a small town similar to Maryville. He credits his career readiness to the profession-based, hands-on learning experiences at Northwest.
He took classes that included plant breeding and applied future marketing to expose himself to real-life experiences in the agriculture world. Ben believes these experiences and lessons in adversity on the playing field and in the classroom helped him become career ready, day one.
