Arlondo was involved in numerous student organizations during his time as a Bearcat. His involvement, paired with his coursework, pushed Arlondo to be career ready as his graduation date approached. Knacktive – a selective educational experience for advanced undergraduate students who are charged with building a comprehensive marketing campaign – not only taught him necessary skills, such as meeting deadlines and working on a team, but how to grasp everything he learned in previous courses and apply that knowledge to meet the needs of a real-world client. By gaining this profession-based learning in the classroom, Arlondo graduated career ready, day one.
