About

Grateful to be returning to my alma mater as Vice President of University Advancement and Executive Director of the Northwest Foundation, Inc. 

My experience spans nearly four decades in higher education at Northwest Missouri State University, University of Northern Colorado and Creighton University. Throughout my career, I have served as Operations Manger of public radio, KXCV/KRNW; Director of Alumni Relations; AVP of Development & Alumni; Director of Development; Gift and Estate Planning; and Vice President of University Advancement. My passion is helping fellow Bearcats facilitate charitable gift planning while accomplishing their goal with unprecedented results. 

My wife Kenna and I are Bearcats at heart, meeting on campus back in 1981. Marrying in 1985, we have three daughters, Michaela, Chloe, and Annika, two son-in-laws, AJ Baratta and Trent Nally and between all we have seven degrees from Northwest Missouri State University. A highlight is spending time with our grandchildren, Brooks and Collyns of Maryville!

Besides enjoying our growing family, I like to play golf, attend concerts, cheer on the Bearcats, BBQ nights on my patio and travel, especially to our "happy place" Breckenridge, CO.
