Interests / Hobbies

I like to play golf (Tuesday night league) any chance I get. I like to train and compete in triathlons (last one was a while ago). I stay active teaching spin class at the YMCA and other classes - Boot Camp, Tabata, Power CSI, TRX. My son's baseball schedule has me on a bleacher three nights a week. My wife's marathon schedule keeps me on my toes (as the support team) as well. 

Special Memories of Northwest

Being a radio DJ on KDLX as a sophomore was fun. My freshman year, the Saturday night basketball games when Domino's would give away pizzas to the loudest group at the game, I think the Delta Sigs won 5 or 6 games in a row!
