First Floor

iSpace

The iPlace is equipped with modular tables, chairs, & whiteboards so you can configure your collaboration space as you wish (no reservation required). Check out an LCD projector or portable document camera to further enhance your learning.

 

 

 

 

Conference Room


The Conference Room (next to the administrative office) is available to students after business hours. It is equipped with a ceiling-mounted LCD projector and a white board. Check out a flip video camera & tripod to record & critique your presentation, too! Student project teams can reserve the room for a 2-hour block through Astra or the Library Services Desk (call for assistance at 660.562.1193 or email at libsd@nwmissouri.edu).





The Presentation Lab is now located on first floor (Room 108A, just past the elevator) and is available for individuals & groups to practice presentations. It is equipped with a ceiling-mounted LCD projector. Document cameras can be checked out at the Library Services Desk. Check out a flip video camera & tripod to record & critique your presentation, too! Third Floor

In addition to the open desks, the third floor has 9 individual study rooms, and 5 group study rooms. Group Study Room

Group study rooms are equipped with ceiling mounted LCD projectors. They can be reserved up to 4 hours at a time. The rooms can be used without reservation, but occupants should check the reservation schedule posted outside the room & be prepared to leave when a group that has reserved the room arrives. Reserve a room for a 4-hour block through Astra or the Library Services Desk (call for assistance at 660.562.1193 or email at libsd@nwmissouri.edu).



Individual study rooms are equipped with a full-size desk and a white board. They can be reserved for a 4 hour block. If more time is needed, check availability with the Library Services Desk.
