As the need to feed an ever-growing population continues to expand, the School of Agricultural Sciences is poised to serve student interests and meet the needs of the agriculture, food and fiber industry today and in the future. The School of Agriculture offers bachelor of science, bachelor of applied science, masters, two-year certificate and minor programs.
Agriculture students have access to top-notch facilities. The Agricultural Learning Center (ALC) is a 29,000-square-foot facility that houses classrooms, laboratories, an exposition space and more. Most Bearcats receive some form of scholarship or need-based aid after filing the FAFSA, making their educational goals more attainable. The FAFSA is expected to open Dec. 1, 2024 for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Expanded scholarship model with tiers up to $6,000 with merit scholarships. Once applied and admitted, eligible students are automatically awarded a merit-based scholarship based on their academic information.
